 SSR UltraCoolant

• Designed specifically for rotary screw air compressors, UltraCoolant minimizes maintenance costs by maximizing the time between changes: 8,000 hours or 2 years.

 Higher Ambient Rating

• The SSR operates easily in ambient temperatures up to 115° F (46° C), even the motor. This means fewer nuisance shutdowns due to summer heat or dirty coolers.

 Reduced Bearing Load

• A lower compression ratio in each stage leads to reduced bearing loads and longer airend life.

 Energy Efficient Airend

• At the heart of the compressor is our time-proven 2-stage airend. By compressing the air in two steps instead of one, energy savings of up to 15% are realized.

 Digital Control System

• Capacity control of the compressor is regulated by the Intellisys microprocessor controller and an electric stepper motor. Since there are no pressure switches to adjust and very few moving parts, the SSR 2-stage can maintain plant air pressure without constant attention.

  50-100 HP Contact-Cooled Rotary Compressors require "Start-Up" by an authorized Ingersoll-Rand Master Distributor.  Failure to have unit properly started could void the warranty!  consult with OEM Air Compressor Corp. for appropriate start-up fees and other pertinent sizing and system assistance.
